Lucky Ticket Items are time-limited items which lose durability over time. Once the item reaches zero durability, it is no longer usable. While these items offer great options, you will be taking your chances with the item's level and other options. It is a little bit of a gamble. When exchanging a lucky ticket, the generated item will have random item level and additioanl options. 'Lucky Ticket Items' cannot be upgraded in any way. When equipped the durability decreases every 40 minutes. Can be repaired by using the Jewel of Extension on the equipment item.
